This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between Perths.Guide, the owner and operator of https://www.perths.guide (the “Site”), and you (“you” or “You”), a user of the Site, which governs your access to and use of the Site.

To provide our customers with good services we may have to make modifications to this agreement from time to time. You agree and acknowledge that Perths.Guide (and its officers, employees, and agents) reserve the right to change or modify this Policy at any time and are not liable for any damages suffered by you due to modifications to this Online Payment Policy (refer Terms of Use)

PAID SERVICES

Authorisation. You represent that the billing information provided by you to Perths.Guide is accurate and true and that you are the authorised person for this account.

Pricing Policy. You agree and acknowledge that Perths.Guide (and its officers, employees, and agents) reserve the right to change pricing plans at any time and are not liable for any damages suffered by you due to pricing changes. Perths.Guide try to keep our pricing at a very reasonable level.

Billing. You authorise Perths.Guide to charge your credit card or debit card monthly as per the Online Listing application made through the Online Payment System. The date of the payment starts on the day of application and will repeat every month until cancellation of the listing application from the Online Payment System.

Rates. You will pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period when they are incurred. You will be billed for and pay all fees and charges. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of the Site through your account.

Late Payment. Failure to pay per the due date set out on the day of the Online Listing application, could result in the suspension of your listing until such time as the due fee has been paid.

Your Own Fees & Charges. You are solely responsible for your own fees and charges occurred in all Perths.Guide transactions including overdrawn fees, or any other fee related to any purchases from Perths.Guide.

Refunds. We are so convinced you will absolutely love our services, that we are willing to offer a 30-day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can get a refund within 30 days of making a purchase. Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your account.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime; you must cancel your plan before the next billing date to stop the recurring payments being charged. No refund will be issued for the expired last monthly payment.

ONLINE LISTING

Grant/Reject Posting. Perths.Guide takes extra care in providing quality and accurate information that is reputable. Our listings require us to review listings for quality assurance. For this reason, the decision of Perths.Guide to grant or reject information provided by you for your online listing is final and binding on you. If your listing is rejected and you have paid for it, a refund will be issued. Please review Perths.Guide Terms of Use for further information.

Suspension or Cancellation. If your account listing is suspended or cancelled it could result in loss of access to your account and its content. Perths.Guide (and its officers, employees, and agents) will not be held liable for any damages due to suspension or cancellation of your account and information.
